1. Who operates the service
The Throwers Arms is operated by Limitless Darts. You can contact us at support@throwersarms.com or at support@throwersarms.com.
2. Early access service
The current service provides registration, verified accounts, member profiles, account security and administrative controls. Community chat, poker rooms and other playable features are not available unless the service expressly identifies them as active.
Features may change, pause or be removed while the platform is tested. We will take reasonable care with member data and account access, but early access may contain faults or periods of downtime.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an early access account. You must provide accurate information, control the email address used to register and create only one personal account unless an administrator approves otherwise.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password, verification links, authenticator codes and backup codes private. Do not share an account, sell an account or allow another person to use your identity.
Tell us promptly if you believe the account has been accessed without permission. We may revoke sessions, require a password reset or temporarily restrict access to protect the member or the service.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Rules. You must not interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, automate abusive requests, scrape private member information, impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful activity.
6. Member content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, display, format and moderate that content only as needed to operate and promote the relevant community feature. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
7. Future play-chip features
Separate poker rules may be added before any table opens. If future plans introduce payment, prizes or transferable value, the feature must not launch under these terms without a fresh legal and regulatory review.
8. Moderation and account action
We may warn, mute, restrict, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect members, investigate abuse, comply with law or secure the platform. Administrative actions are recorded in an internal audit log.
9. Availability and liability
We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the service is provided for personal community use and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these terms.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be shown in the service or sent to the registered email where appropriate. Questions can be sent to support@throwersarms.com.
